It is the exact moment in early summer when the linden trees blossom and their intoxicating, sweet scent spreads across the villages of the Greek mountains, signaling the arrival of warm days. To capture this feeling inside a cup, we traveled and selected harvests from regions with an ideal altitude, where the herb preserves its richness and elegance unadulterated.

Temperature: Heat fresh, clean water to 95°C. (Avoid prolonged boiling to keep from damaging the delicate aromatic notes).

Time: Place the product in the water and let it steep for 5–7 minutes. Covering the cup is essential to trap the volatile elements inside your drink.

Strain & Enjoy: Ideal completely plain to appreciate its natural sweetness, or add a small spoon of pure Greek fir or pine honey.

Cold Brew
