Brewing Guide

To fully release the precious antioxidants and aromas of the whole flowers, follow the traditional ritual:

Hot Brew

Quantity: Use 1.5–2g (approx. 1-2 whole stems) for every 250ml cup.

Temperature: Heat fresh, clean water to 95°C. (Avoid prolonged boiling to keep from “burning” the delicate aromas of the herb).

Time: Place the product in the water and let it steep for 5–7 minutes. Covering the cup is essential to keep the volatile essential oils inside your drink.

Strain & Enjoy: Ideal completely plain to experience its natural, sweet flavor, or add a small spoon of pure Greek thyme honey.

Cold Brew
