Brewing Guide

Quantity: Use 1.5–2g (approx. one tablespoon of whole flowers) for every 250ml cup.

Temperature: Heat fresh, clean water to 90°C–95°C. (Avoid full boiling at 100°C to protect the delicate active compounds of the flowers).

Time: Place the product in the water and let it steep for 5–7 minutes. Covering the cup is essential to keep the volatile aromas and essential oils inside your drink.

Strain & Enjoy: Ideal completely plain to experience its natural, sweet flavor, or add a small spoon of pure Greek blossom honey.

Cold Brew

Shock Ice: Brew using double the amount of flowers in hot water, then pour immediately into a glass full of ice for an instantly relaxing, cool infusion.
